How I Came Out Of Depression (Final Part)

A personal story of battling with a monster called depression and coming out of it. How I leveraged this feeling into a victorious opportunity.

If you have read my story and are excited about how this practice worked for me, you are in for a surprise.

When I started practice gratitude, my life took an 180-degree turn. Depression had crept in slowly but was now going out fast from my life.

The eternal feeling of sadness was being replaced by happiness. The only thing I made sure was to practice gratitude every day. It shouldn't feel like a chore. It should feel exciting and great!

Even if you make it a point to practice this exercise for 5 minutes a day, you would see results soon enough!

With a happy feeling and a much more positive attitude, my relationships and friendships improved. I even got a promotion and was able to gain more income and respect than I could ever imagine!

I had it in me all along, but depression acted as a barrier to my dreams.

You have it in you all along! Don't let depression ruin your life! Go and take control of your life!
