Caffeine Yes! Your best friend when it comes to droopy Mondays can be a major reason that is contributing to teeth decay and staining. You should switch a few cups of coffee to herbal teas with less caffeine or cut down on some cups throughout your day.
Smoking This one is a no-brainer. It's wide known that smoking is not only injurious to health but a death spell for teeth. Often people combine it with soda or caffeine which worsens the effect. The nicotine, tar, and smoke from your cigarette makes a lethal combination and stain your pearly whites. Try leaving the habit altogether or reduce it to witness a change in your dental health.
Acidic Foods (Tomato Ketchup) Eating too many acidic foods like ketchup, lemon, etc. and not brushing or flossing afterward will result in bad dental health.
