Clear, radiant skin is the first sign of a healthy body and if you have ever suffered from acne or other skin related ailments or are suffering now, don't fear! If you follow these steps diligently, you could have clear, radiant and beautiful skin within no time!
Cleansing: You need to use a mild cleanser for skin, some people only wash their face with water alone as chemicals in your face wash might irritate skin. For a week, ditch your drug store cleanser and try a natural remedy instead like clay, honey or chickpea flour. This way if your skin clears up within a day or two, you would know that the chemical composition of the face wash was the culprit all along.
Hydration & Detoxification: Let's cleanse your skin from inside, make sure that thought out the week you drink 7-8 glasses of water every day and two cups of green tea per day. If you don't like green tea, you could also try chamomile or herbal teas that too help in detoxification.
Sweat it Out: Try to incorporate at least 30 minutes of cardio for at least 4-5 days of the week. This will help you sweat the toxins out.
What To Eat?
