Diet/Food is equally important as exercise to keep mind and body fit. The taste buds and palate can be satiated with rich taste but to a limit.
Usually, we detest the healthy food and crave for the oily, deep fried, spicy food which proves harmful for the body. Oily food, sweet and creamy intake can build up high cholesterol thus making the body obese. The fat cells get accumulated near the joints and hinder the proper functioning of the muscles making them weak. The bones do not get proper nutrients and become weak.
People with a sweet tooth have to be extra vigilant for it increases the sugar level in their blood thus harming the functioning of kidneys. Ample amount of swat and salt intake is advisable. Extra salt intake can increase the blood pressure of the body.
Too much spicy food can generate ulcers in the stomach, giving an acidic nature.
Junk food or unhygienic food also does much harm.
Junk food tastes good and is palatable but spoils the digestive system and increase fat cells and obesity.
Food cooked by the help of impure water, unwashed votable, rotten meat can again be poisonous to the body.
If you are craving any of the above, make sure that you eat in moderation,
Junk food eaten once or twice a week doesn't matter. Spicy food too will have health benefits in moderation.
