Constant Headaches

Often during high periods of stress, you might be breaking out all over your body (commonly back area). If this is happening to you without a history of acne, take notice and reduce your stress. Try and relax a lot more throughout your day to make these symptoms go away.

Your hair is falling out! Yikes. This is one of the most common symptoms of stress. You will notice a huge increase in hair fall. Also, you might notice your hair thinning up or increase in dandruff. Your stomach regularly gets upset plus your bowel movement is irregular without any changes in diet! It's all stress, and as a result, your entire metabolism is affected which can further lead to many diseases.
