When You Waste Time.. You Lose Money

You might think time management is an old trick in the bag, but I have a twist for you.

Remember the old saying "Time is money"?

Well here we try to decode this saying and prove how wasting your time is actually costing you money.

For example, you are a writer and have many projects on the roll, you make around 30$ per hour writing. Now suppose your friend you love to gossip has called you and though you try to avoid her, she proceeds to tell you about something. You need to see your work time in terms of the money that you are losing while pursuing a social engagement that is useless for you.

Not only you have to manage your time but also see what value is your time to you and maximize that aspect.

You are good at editing but do it for free for a group of friends, you need to see whether or not it’s of some value to you. Do you gain favors or a price?

I don’t advertise being money minded all the time, but you need to keep a check on your actions and protect yourself. Time is money after all. Do the things that matter to you, or you love, if you like hanging out with a particular group of friends, do it because YOU like it.

Don't do anything against your heart and you will see that time becomes your best friend and brings you not only money but success and happiness too!
