Want To Feel Happy Instantly? Try This Tip

Sometimes we feel bummed out by menial things in life. This tip is great to remind yourself to be happy and seek your greater purpose in life.

If you have done some charity work in the past, you would know how rewarding it is. You need to be a natural channel of goodness, and for attracting positive energy, you need to give out positivity to the society around you!

You need to commit to doing something good for your community in this exercise. It can range from helping an old lady cross the street to donating money to a cause.

You may choose to volunteer or write an awareness essay to help a cause that needs attention. It’s up to you! Whatever you think you can achieve given your situation, start doing that. Make a list of things you can do for others at your level.

Like the previous set of goals (Read Here), these need to specific as well and can look like the following:

  • This year I would volunteer for a week in August at my local animal shelter and help them with my services.

  • I would write about the refugee crisis and help educate my social circle about their real situation persuading them to take action as well.
