There are many different diets, recipes and stuff out there that promotes weight loss but how much actually works? Here is ONE easy, simple and effective recipe that works to promote healthy weight loss and helps you detoxify your body at the same time!

What do you need?

  • A Glass Pitcher/Jug

  • A Cucumber

  • Mint Leaves

  • Two Lemons

  • Cold Water

It is the simplest drink that gives great results.

All you need to do is squeeze the lemons in the glass pitcher filled with cold water, add some cucumber slices and mint leaves to this and voila!

You are done!

Leave this water for at least 15 minutes, and it is ready to be consumed!

You can now drink this water throughout your day. Make sure you drink at least 2-3, 200ml glasses of this drink to help detoxification and weight loss in your body. Not only does this taste good but takes 2 minutes as prep time.

After a week, you will find yourself feeling energized and happy. This drink has cucumber, lemon, and mint that are great refreshers and detoxifiers. You can also experiment with other Vitamin C rich fruits like Oranges to add more flavor to your drink and increase health benefits.

Some people advise adding salt/spices for taste, but this practice is not recommended as it may lead to excessive salt consumption that leads to diseases like high blood pressure etc. You can also substitute lemon with orange (or other such fruit) if you are allergic to lemon.
