You need to forgive and forget in order to completely move on in your life. Remember that you can only taste the full power of your soul when you are free from your mental shackles and are in harmony with your outside world.
You need to feel at peace with everything around you.

For this exercise, choose a relaxing spot, it is best done before you go to sleep so that you have a chance to be alone with your thoughts peacefully.
Take a piece of paper or notebook and a pen. Now the next steps may be hard for some people but remember that you are doing this for yourself and not the other person.
You need to mention the name of the person that has hurt you or made you angry and write a letter addressing to them. You need to tell them that what they did to you was wrong but you still forgive them.
Write the letter as if they would read it now. And sign your name underneath. Most of the times our anger or sadness spawns from the fact that we aren’t able to communicate our true feelings to the other person. If you do this step, not only you are communicating but also forgiving.
Do this for all people that you think have wronged you. Forgive them and move on with your life.
For example, you may want to write something like:
Dear Alex,
You have been unfaithful to me and broke my heart, and it took me several months just to recover from your disloyalty me. My feelings were true and pure, but you weren’t worthy of such love. You may have ruined my good times, but all this stops now. I will be the bigger person here and forgive you for what you did.
Make your letter very frank and express yourself. You need to let out all that remaining hate or sadness and completely cleanse yourself.
Anger is like a burning coal, if you hold on to it, it’s you who end up getting hurt.
Turn that piece of coal experience into a diamond.
Congratulations! You have now got rid of all the negative emotions and events in your mind and are now on the path to becoming the best version of yourself.
