You have tried every trick out there but have failed to achieve your goals or keep off those pounds. You have tried gyms to nutritionists but haven't been able to achieve the toned body yet. Because there is a concrete secret which many people fail to implement.
That secret is smart!
What?! Yea you read it SMART.
Now, this technique is taught in all big business schools during their management courses. I learned it too there (yes I have an MBA and love writing!) and thought that it could be perfectly applied to any other thing in life. Let’s dive into this smart trick that will ensure that you have attained half of your dream already.
Ou major work in this step is to set up SMART goals. Why am I capitalizing the word smart? It is because we are going to break down the word smart, as here it’s actually used as an acronym. So SMART actually infers to:
S for Specific
M for Measurable
A for Attainable
R for Relevant
T for Time-Bound
Your dream body goals need to have the above mentioned characteristics in order to be fulfilled and have a full bar commitment from your own side. Now let’s elaborate each and every element in this acronym and see how you can apply it to your goal. After formulating your goal on the given guidelines, your chances of achieving it would increase multifold.
Most of us have a goal like:
“I want to lose weight.”
Or
“I want to lose weight fast.”
This goal has nothing at all to bind your energy by as it is very vague. Your own brain doesn't know what to do about it and forgets it after some time as it has no elements, no specifications, etc. For example, a manufacturing plant needs all the specifications to manufacture an industrial part; otherwise it would not work at all, similarly; your brain too needs to be given elaborated instructions as to what to do to achieve your dream body.
